Privacy Policy
Effective July 25, 2026
1. Scope and controller
This policy explains how MPL.AI handles personal information when you visit mpl.ai, request an assessment, use a demonstration, or access MPL.AI autonomous-workforce products and services. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to hi@mpl.ai.
2. Information we process
We may process contact and business information, account and authentication data, billing and transaction records, support communications, security and usage logs, device information, workflow configuration, prompts, instructions, uploaded materials, integration metadata, and generated outputs. Enterprise deployments may involve additional data described in the applicable order form, data-processing agreement, or customer instructions.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Information is used to provide and secure the service, evaluate use cases, configure and monitor workflows, authenticate users, provide support, bill customers, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Depending on the context, processing relies on contract performance, requested pre-contract steps, consent, legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as security and service improvement.
4. Customer data and AI processing
Customers control the business data submitted to configured workflows and are responsible for having authority to provide it. MPL.AI processes that data to deliver the contracted service and according to documented customer instructions. Data use, model providers, retention, isolation, human review, and training restrictions for an enterprise deployment are governed by its agreement and technical configuration.
5. Providers, integrations, and disclosures
Cloud hosting, model, observability, communications, payment, and support providers may process limited data under contractual safeguards. Customer-selected integrations may transmit data to third-party systems under those providers' terms. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users and systems, or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections. MPL.AI does not sell personal information.
6. International transfers
Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, MPL.AI uses recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or equivalent contractual and technical measures.
7. Retention and security
Data is retained only as long as needed for the service, configured customer retention periods, security, disputes, billing, and legal obligations. Controls may include encryption in transit, access restrictions, audit logging, environment separation, and incident-response procedures. No system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies
The website may use essential cookies for security, sessions, and preferences. Optional analytics or marketing technologies are subject to the consent choices required in your region.
9. Rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Contact hi@mpl.ai. When MPL.AI processes data solely for an enterprise customer, requests may need to be directed to that customer. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority.
10. Children and changes
The services are designed for organizations and authorized adult users, not children. Material policy changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
